The Tigers defeated St Patrick's by 30 points in their preliminary final with Harry Cameron, Jake Cooper and Max Diffey playing well.
Cooper kicked four goals for the victors.
Brayden McMenamin, Fletcher Hart and Cameron O'Brien were good for St Pat's as they closed to within five points in the final quarter.
Wodonga had too much strength for Corowa-Rutherglen with its top-age players leading the way.
The grand finals will be played at Wodonga's John Flower Oval on Sunday with matches starting at 10am.

In the under-12s, hot favourites Lavington accounted for Yarrawonga by 79 points.
The Panthers will meet Corowa-Rutherglen who beat Wodonga.
