After leading 18-12 at half-time, the Greens found another gear with Quinn Rooney playing a starring role.
It was an impressive performance by Rooney after he played for Tumbarumba in the Upper Murray league first semi-final against Federal on Saturday.
Tumbarumba also took out the LeagueTag, defeating CSU 14-0.
The Greens were undefeated in the men after crossing over from Group 9 due to poor numbers and lost only one match in the women's competition.
Officials were delighted with the crowd with $6000 taken at the gate.
"It was a fantastic day," league president Pat Wallace said.
"A lot of people commented on it.
"The grand finals were really well supported with people travelling a long way to see the games."
