Ivan Gellie's Big Swing Band will get together for its sixth annual concert at The Cube Wodonga on Sunday, October 20.
Band members have written and arranged the music in the popular swing genre.
The annual IG Big Swing Band has found an appreciative audience on the Border, with sellouts the norm each year.
A newly-formed quartet, trained by Niki Schuur, will perform Glen Miller and Count Basie classics.
Ivan Gellie said a Count Basie number, written by Vernon Duke and arranged by John Ferguson, would open the big swing concert with a whole-band performance.
"Band members have written and arranged music for the audience including numbers from Michael Buble's latest album," he said.
"The audience will see and hear young, local musicians in the line-up of saxophone and brass."
