Beer Deluxe has teamed with Bridge Road Brewers on the Sunshine XPA.
One dollar from every litre of the beer sold will be donated to the walk, in support of the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Fund.
The beer will be sold through Beer Deluxe's five locations - Fed Square, Hawthorn, T2, Sydney and Albury - throughout October and November.
Beer Deluxe Albury will also host a Sunshine Walk fundraising night on October 4.

Trust Fund manager Kristy McMahon said Beer Deluxe was passionate about supporting families impacted by cancer.
"We thank them and the incredible team from Bridge Road Brewers for coming together to create something unique that raises funds and awareness for our cause," she said.
The Sunshine Walk will be held for the first time in Wodonga on November 24.
There will be 20-kilometre and 5-kilometre walks.
