Emergency services were called to French Wrights Road, off Sandy Creek Road, about 10.45am on Wednesday.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Sergeant Liam McMahon said the man had been able to remove himself from the loaded truck before seeking assistance from a passing vehicle.
"He sustained some serious injuries but they are not life threatening," he said.
WorkSafe staff were notified and police are investigating the cause.
