Rob Martin, stud principal, said: "That a clear focus on our clients needs has always been a driving influence behind our stud's breeding program.
"And with the stud being a clear leader in the adoption of new technology throughout history, it's no surprise that our client's lambs are highly sought after by domestic and export processors, with others regularly topping the markets."
This year's offering of 200 rams once again shows the focus on "early maturing, and easy doing" livestock, and it is no surprise that this has been achieved by stud principals Rob and Jody Martin's attention to detail.
In 2016, Kentish Downs boasted having 85 per cent of their rams above breed average for fat, allowing lamb producers to fatten and finish lambs in tough seasons.
This year has exceeded all expectations with 100 per cent of the rams offered above all terminal sires for either growth, fat and muscle but in most cases all three traits.
Jody and Rob welcome new and old clients to their Annual Ram Sale on Wednesday, September 25, at 1pm.
Kentish Downs will have its usual display of rams at Henty Machinery Field Days from September 17 to 19 - find them at Site O673, Eastern Gate.
