The minor premiers are refreshed and ready to go after sitting out the first week of finals and have the reigning premiers in their sights, as both sides looks to book their spot in the Ovens and Murray netball grand final.
The tally stands at one all between the Magpies and Roos this season with each team boasting strengths at either end of the court.
"I think what makes them (Wangaratta) a great side is that they're so consistent down the court," Sinclair said.
"I think every match-up is going to be pivotal on the weekend.
"I think Hannah Grady is a massive key for them in defence, she's a massive presence on the court.
"Amanda (Umanski) is obviously a tall target, but I think the midcourt that works around her knows her game so well.

"We've been playing really good netball in the attack end in the last couple of weeks and the connection between Jess (Bice) and Grace (Senior) has been growing every week.
"Hopefully we can try and get some good one-on-one match-ups and keep their defenders busy."
The hype around the Roos' camp continues to grow as they remain one of the last four teams standing alongside the Magpies, Panthers and Pigeons.
Coach Georgie Bruce admits the years of patience and hard work has added to the buzz.
"Corowa, being a small town, everyone gets around it and they feel every win and loss," Bruce said.
"We're really glad that after everyone's been able to stick by and support us in the wider community, including netball teams in the wider leagues, that we can give something back as well.
"You turn up to the baker, the butcher and all of the shops and they're decked out in our balloons and ribbons wishing us the best of luck.
"The whole town has a real buzz around it."
The Roos and Magpies will meet on Saturday at Birallee Park, while Lavington and Yarrawonga will battle to keep their seasons alive at Bunton Park on Sunday.
