Saints' shooter Lauren Coelli had a standout game in the 14-goal victory against the Spiders, earning herself best on court honours.
"She played four solid quarters and shot really well," Brock-Burrum coach Tori Ellis said.
"She stood up really strong."
The Saints will now have the opportunity to take on Jindera in a preliminary final clash next weekend.
"This year we won the first against Jindera and then they won the second, so it could be anyone's game," Ellis said.
"We'll train hard this week and focus on the basics moving forward ahead of that game."
Billabong Crows charged into the grand final with an impressive 39-28 win over Jindera in the first semi-final at Walbundrie on Saturday.
The Crows, who took out last year's flag, were led superbly against the Bulldogs by young gun Bethany Moloney.
