The Pigeons came out firing, doubling the Panthers score in the first quarter.
Youngsters Indianna Frauenfelder and Elle Brooks were a class above in the ring, with Brooks finishing with 43 goals against one of the toughest defenders in the league in Sarah Meredith.

"It was a huge effort from the young girls, it's the first major finals series for them and they're just doing an incredible job," Pigeons coach Kaitlyn Cummins said.
"We've been getting stronger and stronger each week.
"We really think that we're any match for both Maggies and Corowa if we get the chance."
Tayla Furborough was a standout for the Panthers in goals after coming up into the team from B-grade throughout the season.
It marked the end of the injury prone Panthers season, bowing out in straight sets.
