The Blessed Bean will donate $1 from every coffee sold to the R U OK? charity while set up on Thursday morning on Dean Street next to Baker Motors.
At the same time, Anytime Fitness Albury-Wodonga will run a free bootcamp.
Blessed Bean owner Jason Dowding said the fundraiser had come about through a conversation about the charity with one of his team members.
"We were brainstorming about what to do for R U OK? Day and thought it would be good to incorporate exercise, so we reached out to Anytime Fitness," he said.
"It's also a reason to come down and have a chat in a neutral space."
Anytime Fitness already runs a treadmill challenge every year for the charity and personal trainer Luke Ryan said they were eager to join up with Mr Dowding.
"Over 24 hours we keep two treadmills running, with people booking in a slot of about 15 minutes for a donation," he said.
"On Thursday we won't be doing anything hardcore, it will be in keeping with the theme of the day and just getting some endorphins flowing."
Mr Dowding established the Blessed Bean eight years ago in Wagga and has been in Byron Bay in recent years.
He has returned to Albury to be with family, and has set up a shopfront on South Street in Wodonga with the van running from Friday to Sunday on Dean Street.
"We've just started the roasting facility in Wodonga," he said.
"For me, I really want to promote R U OK Day? and enable people to feel comfortable to come down and have a chat, and ask the question.
"There's plenty of seating set up for people to sit and have a chat if they want to."
The not-for-profit R U OK? is running its annual day on September 12 and research has found people are significantly more likely in this period to ask someone who appears troubled what's going on.
On Thursday, The Blessed Bean will be set up from 6.30am to 9.30am, with Anytime's free bootcamp-style workout running from 7am to 8am.
