IN OTHER NEWS:
LAVINGTON-WANGARATTA
Luke Morgan (Wangaratta - BOG) - Kicked three goals after playing defence most of the year, but then defended well against the breeze.
Matt Kelly (W) - A stack of early possessions. Muscled the ball forward against the howling wind.
Michael Bordignon (W) - Restricted dangerman Luke Garland.
Marty Brennan (Lavington) - Had 28 touches. Read the ball best when Wangaratta had the wind, stopping Pies' momentum.
Mark Anderson (W) - Kept Jack Kirley quiet and showed great hands in the third stanza, pumping the ball forward.
Nick Meredith (L) - Quiet first half, but superb after that, with 26 disposals, including late clutch goal.
ALBURY-MYRTLEFORD
Matt Dussin (Myrtleford) - Inspirational, enough said.
Hugh Wales (M) - Superb run through the centre and raking kick set up Ryley Sharp goal. That left foot is a weapon.
Paul Harrington (M) - Underrated, but his pace worried the Tigers.
Matt Dalbosco (M) - One of his best games this year. Took three marks, two contested in defence, as Albury surged early.
Brayden O'Hara (Albury) - Set up a goal for Daniel Cross, kicked two and topped Tigers disposals with 23.
Elijah Wales (M) - Had 10 touches in the first half.
