In a huge concern for the Panthers, Curtis has been booked for striking Wangaratta's Will Reilly and Michael Bordignon during the second quarter of the second semi-final at Birallee Park.
Curtis is unable to take a set penalty for either offence after accepting a set penalty last season.
Magpie star Matt Kelly has been reported for striking Curtis and has until 10am on Tuesday to accept a one-week ban.
He can also fight the charge.
Albury's Chris Hyde has been reported for head-butting Myrtleford coach Jake Sharp during Sunday's fiery elimination final at Bunton Park.
The tribunal starts at 6.30pm.
