An Albury policewoman will fight allegations she unlawfully distributed intimate images. Defence lawyer Mark Cronin told Albury court registrar Elizabeth Lethbridge on Tuesday there would be a not guilty plea from Erin Louise Fry, 31, to the domestic violence-related charge of intentionally distribute image without consent. "My client's not on bail, she's not present," Mr Cronin said. The brief of evidence must be served by October 8, with the case adjourned to Albury Local Court on October 22.
