Eisenhauer won on the first sudden death playoff hole from Leeton's Janelle Sulivan.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The pair were tied on 169 shots after 36 holes at the Howlong Golf Resort.
The duo played the par-four 10th with the home club player quickly gaining the advantage.
"I hit a screaming drive really, I just thought I've got to go for it," Eisenhauer said.
Eisenhauer fired her approach shot pin high, around five metres from the hole, and lagged the putt close for a par and one-shot win.
It was Eisenhauer's first Riverina title after finishing previously as a bridesmaid.
"Given where I've come from, it's amazing," she said.
"I had a battle with cancer (head-neck) and shouldn't have been here really."
Eisenhauer said the club's members were terrific during her cancer battle, while she also had enormous praise for course superintendent Paul Irvine.
