The development application submitted by Turning Point Property has been listed on the agenda for a council pre-meeting briefing on Monday ahead of likely determination next month.
The proposal including four attached, two-storey townhouses, retaining wall and front fence on Borella Road was originally submitted in late April.

It is located next door to the Family Vet Centre on the corner of Borella Road and Keene Street and another property with frontage to Keene Street with the Albury-Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre and Albury hospital within close proximity.
But the neighbour on the western side of the property has raised concerns which have forced changes to the original plans.
They relate to "unacceptable" impacts on the privacy of their property with specific reference to the balconies and windows of the third and fourth units and the lack of landscaping on the western boundary.
Balconies on all four proposed properties have been removed in response.
"In removing all western facing balconies, adjusting the window sizes as requested for habitable rooms to a sill height of 1700mm and other windows being opaque or obscure glazing are all considered to adequately meet the concerns of the adjoining owner," the applicant has stated in response to concerns raised by the neighbour.
"The addition of landscaping would be more likely to have negative impacts to both the existing and proposed infrastructure on both sites."
Council planning staff also raised concerns with the original application including the location of the visitor car parking space at the rear of the property, shadowing, landscaping and location of private open space.
The concerns have been noted and changes made, according to the applicant.
