The former captain is on an all-time high this week with the success flowing for the Patties' ladies.
St Pats find themselves a win away from the clean sweep of senior women's football in 2019.
They claimed the Iannotta Cup, league title and all the senior women's awards at the Star Player presentation.
But Sunday's cup final against Wangaratta would take the cake.
Vogel's role has changed in 2019, playing less time on the pitch but mentoring the club's young brigade.
"I've seen and been a part of these girls' journeys since under-12s to under-16s," Vogel said.
"We really do develop our youth. I know at times it's to the detriment of the silverware because we tend to stick with what we've got.
"We've always been a very cohesive team where it's all about player welfare, development and giving young women the opportunity to be the best that they can.
"Whether that is through our senior squad or reserves, those opportunities are presented to them."
Vogel has been thrilled to witness the growth of captain Claire Mahoney, who won her second Star Player at just 19 this week.

"She's exceptional, but what I love about her is she puts her team before herself," Vogel said.
"She is very focused and brings a lot of mental leadership and encouragement on and off the park.
"You couldn't get a better sportsperson or a more grounded young lady than what she is.
"She's been there through under-12s, under-16s and she's brought some of the young girls with her and at times has been quite selfless on the park.
"There's time where you know her talent, she could go around two or three players and have a shot, but she brings other players into the game."
Vogel is the only senior women's player at St Pats to line up in the club's last cup final victory in 2006.
"I don't see age as a barrier, these young ladies keep me young and keep me challenged with fitness and playing my role," she said.
"I've been working on an exit strategy for some time (laughs), but I do see this year as probably the pinnacle.
"To have been so successful this year and to be part of that, I couldn't have done it without the girls.
"That's probably what has been more rewarding. After all those years of developing, it's finally come to fruition.
"I'm proud of them and equally proud of the club."
