Pigeons coach Tim Seal believes his side must limit the impact of Tigers' big man Ollie McEwan if it is to win back-to-back seconds flags at Wangaratta's Norm Minns Oval on Sunday.
"He (McMillan) might go in the ruck to try negate Ollie McEwan. McEwan is such a force, so we need to find a way to combat him as best we can," Seal said.
McMillan and Chris Wilson are among the inclusions for Yarrawonga, while Joe Gorman is also a chance.

"We definitely want the run of Chris Wilson, he had an accident at work and we thought he was going to play last Sunday, but at the last minute we took him out."
Albury hasn't dropped a game all year, but its closest calls came against the Pigeons - winning by four points in both the second semi-final and the round nine meeting at Yarrawonga.
The Tigers will have to make at least four changes to the side that played two weeks ago with Will McIntosh, Fraser Duryea, Kieran Ellis and Lachie Taylor-Nugent all overqualified for the grand final.
Tom O'Brien is a confirmed inclusion.
"Four blokes that missed out in the first final get a run. I was really happy because they're good kids and they're good players and it was really hard to leave them out," Albury co-coach Stuart Thompson said.
