Neander pinpointed Galvin - who booted a match-winning five goals in last weeks preliminary final - as the player the Saints must nullify to claim their fifth flag in the past seven seasons.
Galvin has enhanced his reputation during the finals series as the best medium forward in the competition.
He can expect to be opposed to Saints stopper Mitch Koschitzke.
Galvin also bobbed up with four goals in the second semi-final against the Saints a fortnight ago.

"Connor Galvin is a gun," Neander said.
"He is a lethal weapon if you let him get possession inside 50m.
"Not only does he hurt you on the scoreboard, his delivery is first rate when playing in the midfield.
"In my eyes, he is their most dangerous player without a doubt.
"Mitch Koschitzke will get the match-up but we will have to help him out as much we can."
Brock-Burrum will start slight favourite in the decider after notching a hard-fought 16 point win in the second semi-final.
Neander said the young Tigers' run and spread when in possession was by far their biggest asset.
"We are under no illusion that they are a bloody good side and we are going to have to be at our best to beat them," he said.
"If you don't bring your best, they will run over the top of you like we found out at Osborne when they beat us by 43 points.
"Their run and carry can really slice you open.
"They spread really well and if you let them get the overlap you are basically chasing tails all day."
Neander is set play in his first grand final after spending the past two seasons at Rutherglen.
The 24-year-old crossed to the Saints this season with good mate John Spencer.
Spencer and Neander have combined for more than 60 goals and help cover the gaping hole left by the departure of Aiden Johnson.
