Borella Butchery cleaned up in the Australian Meat Industry Council NSW Smallgoods State Final 2019 in Sydney during September.
On top of the prized ham result, the butcher gained first place in the jerky category, second place in kabana as well as third place in the bacon, bone in ham and pork sausage categories.
Borella Butchery owner Jared Gerahty said the award for best boneless ham recognised their commitment to quality.
"It's all fresh, smoked not boiled and from quality pigs," he said.
"Our pork mainly comes locally from Rivalea.
"We've started taking orders for Christmas hams; we're doing 1200 legs this year up from 400 last year."

Mr Gerahty said he was thrilled with the young business' award results, which were announced at Bicentennial Park, Homebush Bay.
Borella Butchery opened in April 2018.
"We're over the moon about it; we've only been operating a bit more than a year," he said.
Mr Gerahty and apprentice Codey Willems attended the state awards.
The national awards will be announced in February.
