The Crows withstood several challenges during the decider before drawing clear late to win back-to-back premierships.
Defender Harriet Simpson was named best on court.
Coach Holly Dowling was ecstatic to see the Crows walk away with A and B grade flags.
"Goiing back-to-back is incredibly hard to do," Dowling said.
"It feels fantastic.
"It means even more because the A and B grade won together.
"We are on top of the world.
"Tonight is going to be good fun."
Billabong Crows jumped their opponents early with Simpson and Bethany Moloney leading the way.
The Bulldogs were under enormous pressure at half-time and sprung a major surprise by moving star defender Sharna Holland to goal shooter.
It paid dividends as Jindera stormed back into the contest during the third term to level the scores.
"I was expecting Sharna to stay in defence but I think it worked to their advantage," Dowling said
"Thankfully, it didn't work quite well enough for them."
Moloney, who was best on court against Jindera earlier in the finals series, was again cool under pressure with Dowling left in awe of her talent.
"She was fantastic again," she said.
"She shot some great goals under pressure.
"All the girls were fantastic though.
"It's just incredible, it's amazing.
"We've worked so hard this year and this tops it off really nicely.
"Credit to Jndera as they played well, but we kept our nerve and finished the game strongly."
In the B grade, the Crows defeated Howlong 49-38.
In a big day for the Moloney family, Brooklyn was judged best on court.
The Crows also contested the under-16 final but went down to minor premier Osborne 40-26.
