Kotzur polled strongly in the second half of the season to edge out Sam Cross.
It was the classy Kotzur's third best and fairest at the kennel since arriving in 2016.

Kotzur only played four matches in 2017 after injuring his ankle which threatened to end his career.
The 33-year-old rotated through the midfield and proved damaging when resting forward after booting 67 goals.
The classy finisher also booted a career high 75 the previous season.
Kotzur was also among the Bulldogs' best three players in their 71-point grand final romp over Barnawartha earlier this month.
Former Wodonga star Brad Thompson took out the reserves award in his first season at the kennel.
