Vision Australia Radio has no intention of closing its Albury office, despite the station being temporarily off-air.

Vision Australia's Warragul office will be closing by the end of 2019, while Mildura and Shepparton offices will close in 2020.
But a Vision Australia spokesman said Albury's hiatus was only temporary and the station should be broadcasting again by early December.

"Vision Australia expects to be in its new Albury location on David Street by mid-October after moving from our previous location on Olive Street," he said.
"This move has impacted Vision Australia's Radio ability to broadcast in Albury. Our Albury broadcast is currently off-air as we wait for construction of our new studios at the David Street location."
Earlier this year Vision Australia Radio said the introduction of the NDIS had changed the way service organisation were funded, and VAR needed $700,000 to ensure its future.
The spokesman said the organisation was still engaging with MPs and the government in an attempt to secure federal funding.
He said VAR were investigating options to keep local content on air in Warragul, Mildura and Shepparton, including producing it in an alternative local studio, or in another Vision Australia studio, and broadcasting through the local RPH frequency.
