Prime Minister Scott Morrison and US President Donald Trump may have been more than 15,000 kilometres from North East Victoria, but, surprisingly, Wangaratta was on their minds during a meeting in Ohio earlier this week.

The two leaders were in Wapakoneta, Ohio, on Sunday for the opening of the Town's Pratt Industries paper mill and corrugation facility - owned by Australian billionaire Anthony Pratt.
Mr Pratt is the executive chairman for Visy Industries, which has plants in Wodonga, and it's America counterpart Pratt Industries.
Both Mr Trump and Mr Morrison spoke to a crowd of 1500 gathered about Australia and the United States' economic relationship.

During his speech, Mr Morrison joked about pronouncing Wapakoneta, and listed a number of Australia cities and towns that start with W.
"It's great to be here and now, it's great to be here in Wapakoneta," he said.
"Is that right? Is that close? Wapakoneta...
"And they told me this is called Wapak, is that right? Here you go. Wapak.
"You'd think I'd get it a bit better because we've got Wagga Wagga, Wollongong, Wallerawang, Wangaratta, Warrnambool, Woolloomooloo.
"So you know, Wapak, that fits right in ... this is a bit of Australia right here in Ohio."
