Hodgkin, who defied the doomsayers by leading the club into the finals, polled 132 votes during the count at Birallee Park on Friday night.
He finished well ahead of Daniel Bowles (105) and Lachie Flagg (92).
Ruckman Brodie A'vard (63) and mid-season departure Brodie Filo (60) rounded out the top-five.
In the reserves, Riley Kennett edged out Cooper Smith by seven votes.
Max Glass, who had a taste of senior football, took out the thirds.
Defender Brooke Pryse topped the A grade count with 83 votes, two clear of Vashti Muller.
Maggie St John (B grade), Hannah Thomas (C grade) and Molly McGrath (under 16) were successful in the lower grades.
Michelle Clarke was awarded life membership and Ken Holzer took out Club Person of the Year.
