IN OTHER NEWS:
Lead singer Rai Thistlethwayte said the album showcases hits such as In the Summertime, Tommy and Krista, Someday Someday and 20 Good Reasons and promises to be "complete with all the banter and raucous audience reaction" expected from Thirsty Merc.
"We reckon this album uncompromisingly showcases the rawness of our live gigs, with a sonic presentation that easily stands up to any of our studio releases," he said.
"Needless to say, we're pumped to be hitting the road again in October.
"The album launches on October 4 and the very next day the tour kicks off, Saturday, October 5 we're hitting one of our favourite venues in the country - that is the SS&A Club in Albury."
Mr Thistlethwayte said the band are looking forward to catching up with fans on the Border. "Thanks for all the support and we can't wait to see you all and launch our very first live album," he said.
