With the majority opposing each other throughout the year, young guns from Albury, Wodonga, Wangaratta, Yarrawonga and the Hume league will combine to face rival regions from across the state on Saturday and Sunday.
The under-15 and under-17 girls went through selection around six to eight weeks ago and have trained as a group weekly since then.

Christina Madden will coach the under-15s and said the aim is to win as many games as possible.
"It's quite physical for the girls, but it's a great opportunity to represent the region and get exposed to playing high-level netball," Madden said.
"Some of these girls have never played anything higher than representative netball, so it's great exposure for them and a good opportunity for them to learn about the higher level pathway."
A North East open team is also set to contest the event.
