The classy goal-scorer picked up 44 votes to finish ahead of Sam Brosolo (37) and AWFA Star Goalkeeper Jack Sherwill (32) to capture the top award last night.
Waters also coached the club's senior women's team to its best season in recent history, taking points off every rival outfit.

Wilson collected 49 votes to edge out Alex Davis on 42, while rising star Chelsea Ehlers rounded out the top three with 27.
