Two people have been arrested after allegedly targeting members of the public in street robberies.

The pair targeted two men in the vicinity of Rowan Street and Templeton Street in Wangaratta on Sunday afternoon.
Detective Sergeant Chris Hill said Wangaratta detectives and members of Embona Taskforce arrested a girl and a man in Melbourne on Wednesday.
"The male has been charged with two robberies and remanded into custody," he said.
"The 17-year-old female has been charged with two robberies and has been bailed.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"The victims are shaken up and suffering from some injuries, but they are not serious injuries."
Weapons were not used in the incidents.
Detective Sergeant Hill said the first person was not known to the pair, but the second was known to one of the offenders.
Police are still investigating the location of the stolen items and are seeking witnesses to the incidents.
