Courtney Nicholls disturbed a man breaking into her vehicle on Bangala Place about 10pm on Thursday.
The man, who was wearing a dark hoodie, took a small purple and blue backpack which contained parts and accessories for her five-month-old's hearing aids.
"I'm disgusted someone would do that," she said.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"Taking anything else out of the car, I wouldn't have cared - that's all easily replaceable.
"I'm going to have to wait a few weeks for those parts to be replaced.
"If anything happens to the hearing aids, I'm going to be stuck."
Ms Nicholls said she is hopeful someone finds the stolen backpack.
She reported the incident to police, who attended the home on Thursday night.
They are investigating.
