WODONGA and District Turf Club is still in the process of finding a suitable replacement for departed general manager Tom O'Connor.
O'Connor finished up at Wodonga on September 20 to take up the plum racing administration role in charge at Warrnambool.
Treasurer Paul Curtis has filled the role of acting general manager in the lead-up to the clubs two biggest meetings in the Caulfield Cup meet on Saturday followed by the Gold Cup race day in late November.

Sales and events manager, Marcus Dowling, said the club was still going through the process of finding a new general manager.
"The recruitment process is well and truly underway and the club hopes to have an announcement in the not too distant future," Dowling said.
Dowling said the club was busy in preparation for Saturday's traditional Caulfield Cup meeting which is highlighted by the appearance of Australian duo Sneaky Sound System.
