Tim Quilty says mandatory jail for farm trespassers would be an 'injustice'

ADDRESSING CONCERNS: Northern Victoria MP Tim Quilty said property owners are worried that intruders will introduce or spread diseases on their farm, or steal or harm livestock.

Intruders who trespass on farm properties will not face mandatory jail sentences, after the proposal was shot down in Victorian Parliament this week.
