Representative batsmen Jack Craig and Tom Johnson ripped the match away from the visitors with strong knocks.
Craig smashed an unbeaten 46 from only 26 balls, including four boundaries and two sixes, while Johnson also struck six fours in his 32 from 19 balls.
The pair combined in a 49-run stand for the second wicket with Craig and Josh Mills (16 not out) guiding the team home with a half-century stand.
Albury won the toss, making 8-95 from its 20 overs.
Kade Brown was 29 not out, while Leo McGhee claimed 3-16.
