A man arrested after allegedly leading police on a high-speed pursuit they had to abandon half an hour before he crashed at Culcairn on Monday has refused to front court.

Shannon Leslie Proctor also told Albury Local Court, via Aboriginal Legal Service lawyer Daniel Maxton, on Tuesday that he wasn't interested in applying for bail.
Proctor, 30, faces several charges, including police pursuit and dangerous driving.
He was further remanded in custody to appear on November 4.
