The judiciary was tasked with determining two separate incidents involving Gundagai supporters in the finals series.
The judiciary dismissed charges against a male Tigers supporter over an alleged racial slur towards Southcity winger Steven Tracey in the major semi-final due to insufficient evidence
However the supporter was barred by Southcity from attending the preliminary final between the Tigers and Tumut at Harris Park.
A female supporter was handed a 12-month suspended sentence for her role in the release of an allegedly racist post on social media.
Will Herring was suspended for Gundagai's reserve grade premiership success over the post.
Herring was facing a lengthy suspension, with the base sanction of nine games, before he had the serious grade contrary conduct charge downgraded to a low level offence.
He needs to serve one more game next season.
It comes after a fight in the crowd between a Gundagai supporter and a Tumut supporter at Anzac Park which saw both banned from attending Group Nine games for the rest of the season pending court proceedings.
