Emerging athletics star Tori English produced a clean sweep in her three events at this week's School Sport Victoria Athletics Championships at Melbourne's Lakeside Stadium.

The St Monica's Primary School student, competing at the championships for the last time, captured gold in the 12-13 girls multi-class shot put, long jump and 100m on Thursday.
English produced a time of 20.25 to edge out Aspendale Primary School's Amy Bourne (21.04) in the 100m.
An effort of 2.24m was enough to secure English gold in the long jump, while an impressive throw of 5.66m in the shot put saw her collect her third gold medal of the meet.

The success continued when the 4x100m relay team of Lachlan Crawford, Seth Graham, Jaxon Rigoni and Jack Abbruzzese picked up the bronze medal in the 9-10 boys age group.
The quartet was second fastest in their heats from lane eight with a time of 59.28, improving on their regional time, before running another personal best of 58.26 from lane three to finish third in the final.
Abbruzzese missed the podium in his other two events, finishing fourth in the long jump with an effort of 4.15m and fifth in triple jump after an 8.99m leap.
Sophie Kukuljan rounded out a strong meet for the school by placing fourth in the 11 girls triple jump with a 9.31m effort.
Wodonga Primary School student Jay Vilaisarn came fourth in the 11 boys 100m in a time of 13.13.
