With the Swampies set to field a new-look side next season following the loss of the bulk of their Indigenous players, new coach Heath Ohlin is excited to have the quartet on board.
"I wanted to go down a slightly different route to 'Pricey' (Joel Price) in that I was keen to get some 20 to 25-year-olds who were based in Albury or Wagga," Ohlin said.
"We have plenty of young talented guys at Henty and then we have older guys like myself and Shannon Terlich but there was a gap in between.
"We're really excited to be bringing in some new blood."
Skeers and Quinn are likely to hold down key defensive posts for Henty while Simpson is a midfielder and Scott a lively half-forward.
"Brayden wanted to tick a box by winning a flag at North Wagga and he was also looking to do something different," Ohlin said.
"He'll be really good for us."
Skeers, 23, has played over 100 games for North Wagga which has been a rarity for the Farrer league club in recent years as they went into recess in 2007.
"For a couple of years I've been contemplating a switch, just for a bit of freshness," Skeers said.
"I've played a very similar role at North Wagga and I've loved holding down that backline position but they've talked about potentially giving me a bit more time up the ground.
"But it's also to broaden my own footy.
"Down the track, I might be interested in coaching one day and it would just be good to get a bit more broad experience."
Henty swooped on Quinn, Scott and Simpson through their friendship with Swampie midfielder Jarrad Farwell.
"They are a tight knit group," Ohlin said.
"It makes it a lot easier when new players aren't coming in by themselves."
CSU Bushpigs players Liam Sweeney, Pat Smith and Tex Gillard have also joined Henty.
On the debit side, spearhead Damian Cupido has signed with Corowa-Rutherglen after kicking around 200 goals in the past two seasons.
Excitement machines Zorran and Zaniel Bin Busu have also moved on.
Ohlin said Kim Kantilla and Will Farrer were the two most likely Indigenous players to return with the pair having employment on offer.
