The fourth annual Pub2Pub Albury Run on Sunday will raise money for the Albury Wodonga Prostate Cancer Support Group.
The nine-kilometre event starts at Brady's Railway Hotel in Albury and ends at Springdale Heights Tavern.
There will be $1000 for the fastest man and woman with vouchers for the top juniors.
Pub2Pub Albury Run organiser Brooke Bosse said everyone was welcome to join the community event.
"Even if you're not a runner, we're encouraging families and children who would like to walk it," she said.
Pub2Pub Albury Run raised money for PCYC before throwing its weight behind Albury Wodonga Prostate Cancer Support Group last year. It helped buy a $15,000 3D bladder scanner for the Albury Hospital.
Participants can register online before 3pm Saturday at pub2pubalbury.com.au or on the day between 7am and 8am.
Martin's Bus Service will offer transport for runners who want to return to Brady's Railway Hotel from 11.30am.
