The Bushies appealed to CAW, claiming East Albury batsman Luke Brunckhorst failed to take the field after batting.
Brunckhorst had injured himself at the crease.
The umpires weren't notified of his fielding absence by the Crows and Tallangatta skipper Matt Armstrong pointed out the mistake after the match.
The appeal added further controversy to the clash after Tallangatta was penalised 10 runs for slow over rates.
Meanwhile, Riverina will launch their NSW Country Championships campaign against ACT Southern Districts on Friday.
Wodonga's Tom Johnson and Cam Suidgeest, Belvoir's Drew Cameron, North Albury duo Greg Daniel and Ryan Addison, Tallangatta's Fraser Ellis and Lavington's Michael Galvin and Ryan Brown are playing.
