When Belvoir's Daniel Hales (18 runs) was the ninth wicket out the scores were tied with co-coach Michael Booth hitting a cover drive boundary from Aaron Green.
"I'd say initially it was relief for sure, followed by some excitement," Booth said.
"We just really wanted to get that first one-day win."
