Mt Beauty will be looking to retain top position with the reigning premiers hot on their heels.
Mt Beauty's Ross Wilson said the clash will provide a good opportunity for the sides to gauge where they're at.
"It's certainly looking to be a test, but it's one we're looking forward to," Wilson said.
"I think they're really an all round side.

"They've got some dangerous batting and really good bowling depth.
"They're quite an even side."
Wilson pinpointed Mick Walker and Bailey Glass as being two Roos to watch out for, with captain Glass averaging 53 runs a game this season.
Batting has also been one of Mt Beauty's strengths, with the side hoping this will give them the edge.
"So far the batting has been the reason we've been sneaking over the line in games," Wilson said.
Yackandandah are coming off the back of just their first loss of the season, falling to Dederang last round.
