Albury's Eliza Ault-Connell is "finally getting the hang of it" after snaring a wheelchair racing bronze medal in the 400m (T54) at the World Para Athletics Championships in Dubai.

"I started to feel my groove in my racing again. Coming back to a big international comp it took me a few races to get here."
Ault-Connell took 12 years off to start a family with her last world championship medal in the Netherlands in 2006.
The mother-of-three had earlier finished 5th in the 100m, 4th over 800 and 6th in the 1500.
Ault-Connell claimed silver in the marathon at last year's Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast.
It was part of a wonderful year which included a win in the Sydney marathon, an Australian record over 800m and a 4th placing in the New York marathon.
Ault-Connell will now target next year's Tokyo Paralympics.
