The fabulous fifties are coming to North Albury on Saturday night.
North Albury Sports Club will host its inaugural rock 'n' roll dance.
Melbourne band Jump N Jive will keep dancers up on their feet.
North Albury Sports Club events and marketing coordinator Sharyn Bilston said Jump N Jive was popular on the Border.
"They've got a great reputation around the Border," she said.
"We're hoping to get lots of rock 'n' rollers along and we've got some clubs coming too."

With plans for it to become an annual event, Ms Bilston said the dance would be a real crowd-pleaser.
"It's not just for professional rock 'n' rollers, it's for everybody," Ms Bilston said.
"It will be a massive spectacle of dance from rockabilly to jive to all different styles."
There will be prizes for the best dressed, best dancers and best cars (patrons can take inspiration from the classic street cars, pictured above: a red 1937 Ford sedan and a blue 1964 XM Ford Falcon sedan).
With a new bistro and chef at the club, Ms Bilston said there would be a blackboard menu for the night.
"People can book a table and enjoy the diner atmosphere before the dance," she said.
The party starts at 6pm with the band from 8pm.
