We may be counting down the days until the end of the season, but it wouldn't be spring in Wodonga without the fun and festivities at the McRae Motors Wodonga Gold Cup.

This is Wodonga's premier event, when the city stops to celebrate. With the City of Wodonga enjoying a public holiday, it's the perfect opportunity to come and join in the excitement, colour and fashion that is always associated with the Cup.

Whether you are a race lover or not, it's a fantastic day to relax with family, friends and work colleagues, enjoying the picturesque surrounds of the Wodonga & District Turf Club.

There are many on-course packages to suit groups of all sizes. Choose from the popular all-inclusive packages, or simply tailor a package to suit your group's needs.

On the day there is entertainment aplenty, including live music, DJs, giant screens, food vans, and much more.

The Quest Wodonga Fashions on the Field is always hotly contested, with great prizes up for grabs in each category. This year's Fashions on the Field is bound to be no different, so dress up.

The ever-popular after party at The Fields precinct will feature Birds of Tokyo, who will entertain the crowd into the evening.

Movember concludes with an unofficial world record attempt to make a large moustache from humans at the field's precinct.

If you're after a day filled with colour and laughter, then don't miss this year's Wodonga Gold Cup.

Gates open at 11.30am, visit country.racing.com/wodonga for more details about this great day out.
