Material considered crucial to the prosecution of two people over the alleged murder of Gerogery man William Chaplin remains outstanding.
The cases of Samone Watson, 32, and a man, 25 - who is charged with murder, but cannot be named for legal reasons - went before the Albury Local Court this week.

Watson's lawyer, Dominic Holles, said he was not opposed to an adjournment of his client's case "as we haven't been served with any brief items".
Watson, of Timboon, appeared briefly before magistrate Rodney Brender via a video link to jail, where she is being held bail refused on a charge of accessory after the fact to murder.
No applications were made for bail and the matters were adjourned to December 17.
