The popular event has moved from Allan's Flat Waterhole to Ebden Reserve and will use the newly-sealed rail trail.
Competitors will set themselves for a 300m swim, 9km ride and 3km run.
Organiser Nadia Mellor hopes to attract 200 entries.

"We're pleased that Wodonga Council has sealed that rail trail because it takes the race off the busy road," Mellor said.
"It's all about participation and having a go. More than 50 per cent are first-timers.
"We've got people from Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra and local surrounds involved. It's getting to be more widely known."
All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Centre Against Violence Ovens Murray District.
The event is open to individuals and teams.
Registrations are from 7am to 7.45am, with the race to start at 8.30am.
Entry forms can be found on the AWTC Facebook page.
