Aged just 26 and 32, Miss Quinlivan and Mr O'Neill aren't the stereotypical country town publicans, and chose the unorthodox place to list their lease in the hope of saving some money.
Miss Quinlivan said more and more people were looking to online sale spaces as people were constantly online.
"It's cheaper for us [to sell through Gumtree]," Miss Quinlivian said.
"Having someone in to sell it takes away from profits we might gain from the sale.
"Everyone uses Facebook marketplace and Gumtree so we thought it would be good."

The 20-year lease, which includes a three-bedroom residence, is listed online for $30,000 and described as 'a steal'.
Miss Quinlivian grew up in Gerogery while Mr O'Neill was originally from Wodonga and had worked as a cook and in hospitality as a manager.
When it looked like her home town pub would close for good almost three years ago, Miss Quinlivian decided the pair should embark on an adventure.
But having gotten married earlier this month, the pair are looking to their future and next big adventure.
"We've recently gotten married and want to move on to the next stage of our life and a pub isn't a great place to raise babies," Miss Quinlivian said about the decision to sell.
"There's a lot of potential, we've really built it up, it had been run down a fair bit.
"Being locals we knew the way it could be run and we've done a lot of hard work so someone could come and take on a good business and make it their own.
"I can't imagine many pubs around for much cheaper."
Miss Quinlivian said they'd be sad to leave the pub, but it was time and they would be staying in the region.
She said more and more people were moving to the town.
"It's a great pub and Gerogery is booming at the moment, people are building left, right and centre at the moment," she said.
"We just love the region."
