The victim of an armed home invasion had a sawn-off shotgun placed under his chin and was told to hand over his firearms, a court has heard.

A shot was allegedly fired during the incident inside a home on Pioneer Drive in Jindera last Friday.
Keighen Charles Lloyd and his younger brother Joshua allegedly wore ski masks during the early morning incident, which involved the older man firing off one round.
They allegedly forced their way inside the property about 12.15am, using torches to see around the home.
Albury Local Court on Thursday heard the man had the double-barrelled weapon pushed under his chin by the older brother before demands were made.
Police say the man resisted and the brothers fled after Keighen fired off a shot.
Magistrate Rodney Brender on Thursday noted they were "extremely serious offences".
But the court heard the brothers, who were supported in court by family members, denied the allegations.
Both applied for bail and Joshua Lloyd appeared first.
The court heard he was on bail at the time of the offence.
"I find it ... it's a big risk to the community," the magistrate noted when weighing up his release application.
"He's made admissions to getting involved in an armed home invasion where a sawn-off double-barrel shotgun was pointed at someone's head."

The 19-year-old's lawyer noted he worked five days a week and losing his job would have a "huge financial impact on his family", including his two young children.
The teenager has an intellectual disability and the court heard he would be vulnerable in custody.
He has also had an ice problem.
Mr Brender denied bail, which led to the teen's mother and other family members crying.
Keighen's bail was also denied.
The pair will return to court on February 4.
