Andrew McMillan's matter was delayed to allow him to receive treatment for a methamphetamine addiction.
IN OTHER NEWS:
McMillan, 22, pleaded guilty to various drug possession and prohibited weapons charges after his arrest in Albury on May 19.
That was when police found him slumped in his parked car in Dean Street about 1.20am.
