North East Country edged out Barwon on net run rate when rain forced Sunday's grand final to be called off at Ringwood's Jubilee Park.
Barwon made 6-251 from its 50 overs, with the Knights 2-35 from 10 overs.
The game was declared a draw as both teams needed to face 20 overs for a match result, with North East taking the title with a net run rate of 0.4 to Barwon's 0.3 during the three-match campaign.
"It's obviously not the ideal way to win, but you can't control the weather," co-captain Angus Kilby said.
"It was always something in the back of our mind in the previous games that results could come down to run rate."

In round one, Mallee Murray posted 199, with the Knights passing the total with 5.3 overs left.
In the second round, North East compiled 177 with Northern Rivers bowled out for 155 from 47.2 overs.
"Chasing that total at Koondrook (against Mallee Murray), it was obviously a plan to have wickets in hand and through the middle overs and hopefully get them pretty quickly," Kilby said.
Wodonga's Mitch Dinneen, who was 15 not out in the decider, had a superb series, striking 117 runs at 58.5.
CAW had five representatives in the grand final with Lachie McMillan, Angus Sinclair (Belvoir) and Tallangatta's Fraser Ellis joining Kilby and Dinneen.
