A utility driver has been hospitalised after crashing into a sign and hitting a tree on a dangerous stretch of road.
The vehicle lost control on Burrows Road in Hamilton Valley, near Panorama Place, about 4.50pm on Tuesday.

The ute hit a Hamilton Valley sign, knocking it over, before hitting the tree.
The driver, a man aged in his 40s, was taken to Albury Base Hospital in a stable condition.
Council staff returned to the site yesterday to remove the damaged sign.
